What to eat for glowing skin this winter.

As the nights get darker, and the weather gets colder, our skin can take the toll. The good news is there are a few foods that we can eat to boost our vitamins and minerals that our skin need to glow.

AVOCADO

A good source of VIT A, C, E. This as well as the good fat monounsaturated, all of which are important to lock in your skins moisture.

It also has Magnesium, folic acid, and potassium all of which are essential for good skin health.

OLLY FISH

Fish like salmon, sardines, mackerel, and herring, are all incredibly good for both your overall health and your skin.

They contain omega-3 fats - this essential fat strengthens skin cells, and can help reduce the risk of sun damage to the skin.

ALMONDS

Perhaps surprising to some, almonds contain omega 3 acids, along with vitamins A, B, E. They also contain several important antioxidants that can also help with skin elasticity and help to regenerate cells. (clever little nuts)

WATER

Yes, I said water. We all know that it is essential, but how much truely are you drinking? Most people admit that they don't drink enough.

Our bodies need water to function, over 50% of our body is water. It helps to remove toxins, so drink up to get your skin looking amazing.
