I know, I know, Kidney bean ??? really! Yes really, trust me even I was surprised it worked.
1 can of drained kidney beans
45g cocoa powder
120g maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
3 tbsp of almond milk
1 tbsp of coconut oil
For the topping
Chopped nuts (small handful)
few squares of dark chocolate chopped
Preheat the oven to 180°c and line a small baking tray with greaseproof paper. Blitz all the ingredients in a blender.
Pour into the tray, then sprinkle with the nuts and the chocolate on the top.
Bake for 25 mins. Let them cool a little then cut up and eat up.
